Heat the oven to 392°F (200 °C). Put the two types of flour, baking powder and spices in a bowl. Stir and add the melted butter and water. Mix until you get a smooth dough. If you have a suitable appliance to mix the products, it's easier if you use it.
Then spread the mixture onto baking paper. The goal is to get a smooth and even, thin layer. Cut out portions of it and spread them apart from each other.
Pierce each cracker with a fork several times. Add salt and bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. Keep a close eye on them because some will be ready before others and you will have to remove them from the oven beforehand.
Leave crackers to cool and ten serve.
