Ingredients

  • chinese mushrooms - 3.5 oz (100 g), dried
  • tofu - 7 oz (200 g), hard
  • bamboo - 1/2 cup, canned bamboo shoots
  • broth - 4 cups, chicken / vegetable
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • soya sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • white pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • chili - 1/2 tsp, pepper
  • rice vinegar - 2 tablespoons
  • corn starch - 2 tablespoons, mixed with 3 tablespoons of water
  • eggs - 1, beaten
  • sesame oil - 2 tsp
  • green onions - 2 sprigs, chopped

How to cook

The first thing you have to do is soak the mushrooms in water. After 30 min, pour in the broth, salt, soya sauce, water from the mushrooms and julienned mushrooms and bamboo shoots into the pot.

Heat on a high stove until it boils, then lower the heat. Add the white pepper, chili, vinegar and tofu and let it boil once more.
