Knead a medium hard dough from the flour, yoghurt 2 eggs, butter, salt and baking soda. Roll it into a 1/2″ (1 cm) thick sheet.
Cut it into squares, stuff them with a filling made from grated cheese and 2 eggs. Each square is folded into a triangle, one corner is coated with beaten egg to bind the dough well.
Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for about 35 minutes.
