How to cook
Blend the biscuits into a powder. Add the melted butter, honey and ginger to them.
Optionally, you can add a little water, too. Mix, and form small pellets from the resulting cookie dough. Roll them in the coconut flakes, which you've further crushed up in a food chopper.
Arrange the cookies with some spaces between each other and place in a refrigerator for several hours, then serve.
