Mix the sifted flour, salt, sugar, yeast and 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a bowl. Add water and leave the kneaded dough to rise for 2 hours.

Roll out a thin crust and transfer it to a pre-greased tray. The tomato puree is mixed with basil and the remaining olive oil and smeared over the dough.

Top with the canned tuna and onions, cut into crescents. Bake briefly in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven. Remove and sprinkle with grated cheese, capers and bake finished.find similar recipes here
