Ingredients

  • veal - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • quinces - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • oil - 2/3 cup (150 ml)
  • onions - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch
  • flour - 2 tablespoons
  • salt - to taste

Preparation

Slice the meat into medium-sized pieces and fry them in oil. Remove it and prepare the powdery roux in the same oil, dilute it with water or broth. Add the meat.

Clean the quinces and cut them finely. Add them to the meat. Saute until the quinces become tender and the meat is cooked.

Before serving, sprinkle the dish with finely chopped parsley.find similar recipes here
