- rye - 2 tbsp (30 g), ground
- chickpeas - 2 tbsp (30 g), ground
- sugar - to taste
Weigh a coffee cup of water and pour it into a Turkish coffee pot. Add 1 tsp of the well- mixed rye and chickpeas. Add one coffee-spoon of sugar. Leave it to boil over low heat.
When the coffee boils, remove from the heat and pour some of the foam in the cup, in which the coffee will be served. Return the Turkish coffee pot to the stove and boil it twice more, each time pouring out some of the mixture.
Finally, pour the rest of the coffee into the cup and serve with a glass of water.
