Ingredients

  • mackerel - 17.5 oz (500 g), hot smoked
  • red onions - 2 heads
  • lemons - 1
  • salt - 1 tsp

How to cook

Clean the mackerel fillets from the scales and bones. Arrange in an elongated platter.

Cut the onions into crescents and mash them with salt. Put them in the middle of the platter and decorate with sliced lemon.
