Ingredients

  • mallow - 2 tablespoons, root
  • water - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • honey - 3 tsp

Preparation

The mallow root is cut into very small pieces. Add the cold water and leave it for 12 hours at room temperature. The mixture is filtered and dispensed into cups.

Add honey and drink two teaspoons of the tea every three hours. This tea helps the immune system and is a good remedy for persistent coughs.

You may warm it slightly before consumption.
