Prepare the tomato sauce, by mixing the tomato paste with the chopped garlic, chopped basil and dried oregano. The salami is cut into thin round slices, the onion into thin slices, and the mushrooms into slices. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
The dough is placed in trays, form very low walls. Generously smear tomato sauce on top and top it with the onions.
Cover with the salami and mushrooms. Sprinkle with cheese and parmesan and bake for 10 minutes at 392°F (200 °C).
Sprinkle it with basil leaves and serve.
