Ingredients

  • eggs - 5
  • butter - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • sugar - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • chocolate - 17.5 oz (500 g)

How to cook

Melt the butter on the stove, and the chocolate - in a water bath.

Separate the yolks and whip them gently with the butter and chocolate. Beat the egg whites into snow with the sugar separately and add this to the chocolate mixture.

Pour into suitable cups, decorate and serve.
