The squids are cleaned and washed. Cut them into rings, about a finger thick.

The corn starch is diluted with a little water. Add the oregano and salt to it. Dip the squid rings in the diluted starch, and then in the corn flour.

Fry in an oil bath for about 10 minutes or until they float up. You can sprinkle them with dill and lemon juice, if desired.find similar recipes here
