How to cook
1. Heat the oven to 320°F (160 °C) with the fan on.
2. Mix the sunflower and sesame seeds, oats and dates (finely chopped).
3. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg with the sugar, honey and vanilla.
4. Place the two mixtures in a suitable dish and mix them well.
5. Cover a tray with baking paper and shape biscuits.
6. Bake for about 10-12 minutes. It is advised to let them cool before consumption.
