How to cook
Grate the washed and cleaned of seeds apples. Saute them in a pan with the butter, sugar and cinnamon until they become tender and gain an amber color.
Gently smooth out the puff pastry using a rolling pin. Cut it into rectangles. Put a bit of stuffing on and roll them up.
Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for 30 minutes or until the dough browns. Sprinkle the finished rolls with powdered sugar.
