Ingredients

  • eggs - 4
  • oil - 2 tablespoons
  • feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • water - 2/5 cup (100 ml)
  • paprika - 1 tsp
  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • garlic - 2 - 3 cloves

How to cook

Heat oil in a skillet. Add the crumbled feta cheese and paprika to it. Once the cheese softens, add the water.

When the water comes to a boil break the eggs over it, being careful so that the yolks remain whole. Wait until the water boils away and just the eggs and oil remain.

Serve in a deep dish and pour on the yoghurt mixed with the garlic.
