Beat the eggs and add the yoghurt with the baking soda dissolved in it. Stir well and start adding flour.
How much do you use? As much as you need in order to get a good dough that is not sticky. Add a little olive oil to the dough. Oil a pan and place it on the stove to heat up.
In the meantime, tear balls of dough off and stretch them with your hands. You can use a rolling pin. Stretch them out as far as you can.
Even if they tear in places, that's not a problem. Put a pita in the pan, and in the meantime prepare the next one. Take the pitas out of the pan when they catch a light tan.
They are very quick to make and come out very tasty. You can smear them with butter and sprinkle them with savory or rub them with garlic while still warm.
