How to cook
Slice the carrots and onions finely and put them in a preheated pan with oil / olive oil. Fry for 5 minutes and add the coarsely chopped zucchini, fry for another 5 minutes.
Pour the mixture into an oven dish. Wash the rice and add it to the oven dish, along with the water. The rice to water ratio is 1 to 3. If you want to, you can braise the rice in advance.
Add the spices, mix well and put them in a preheated oven to bake. Bake for the first 20 minutes at 482°F (250 °C) until the water in the oven dish boils, and then another 20-25 min minutes at 302°F (150 °C), until the rice fully absorbs the water.
