How to cook
Boil the broccoli in salted water until tender. In a skillet, saute the chopped mushrooms and onions in the butter.
Put the drained broccoli, mushrooms and onions in a medium-sized oven dish, add the sour cream, sprinkle with black pepper and salt. Finally, add the grated cheese.
Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for about 15 minutes until it gains a nice red color.
