Ingredients

  • olives - 1 2/3 cups (400 g), black
  • eggs - 9, boiled
  • onions - 2 heads
  • oil - 1 tsp
  • salt - to taste

Preparation

Pit the olives and blend them. Add the boiled eggs and grated onion and blend again.

Add the oil and salt and mix well. Serve with toasted slices of bread.
