"For all who don`t want summer to end and wish they could be at the beach all the time - Fried Shad with Corn Flour."

Ingredients

  • shad - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • corn flour - 3 tablespoons
  • salt - to taste
  • oil - for frying

How to cook

Clean, wash and add salt to the fish. Put the corn flour and salt in a bowl, stirring well.

Roll the fish in the flour. Heat the oil in the pan and fry the fish in it until golden.

Serve immediately.
