Ingredients

  • green beans - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • eggs - 2
  • bread - 2 slices
  • milk - 1 cup
  • parsley - 1 bunch, finely chopped
  • flour - for rolling
  • oil - 1/3 cup (80 ml)
  • dill - 1 tsp, finely chopped
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste

Preparation

Clean and wash the green beans and boil them in salted water. Drain and blend them.

Add the beaten eggs and the slices of bread (soaked in advance in milk and then drained). Add the chopped parsley, dill, add salt and sprinkle with black pepper.

Knead a dough, shape it into patties. Roll them in flour and fry them in oil until they become slightly pink in color.
