Polish Style Green Beans
- green beans - 2 lb (1 kg)
- eggs - 2, boiled
- parsley - 5 - 6 sprigs
- butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
- breadcrumbs - 1 tablespoon
Boil the green beans in salted water for 40 minutes until soft. Drain well.
Boil the eggs, cool and peel them. Fry the butter and breadcrumbs in a pan. Put the beans in a dish and top with grated boiled eggs.
Pour on the fried breadcrumbs and decorate with chopped parsley.
