Ingredients

  • gelatin - 2 tablespoons
  • jam - 1 tablespoon, strawberry
  • eggs - 2 egg whites
  • sugar - 4 tablespoons
  • milk - 1 cup
  • coconut flakes - 4 tablespoons

How to cook

Soak the gelatin in 2 cups of boiled, cooled water for 40 minutes. Heat in a water bath until dissolved and allow it to cool.

Whip the egg whites into the snow, add the sugar and while beating continuously, add the cooled gelatin, milk, strawberry jam and coconut flakes.

Distribute the mixture into bowls and leave in the fridge for 4 hours to set.
