Dissolve the 2 packets of pudding in a cup of milk, while you put the rest to boil and sweeten it with the sugar. When the milk begins to boil, gradually add the mixture until thickened (as indicated on the package), while stirring.
In a deep bowl, pour on layer of the cream. Dip the biscotti for 2 seconds in milk or water and arrange them on top. Sprinkle with cocoa.
Repeat the process: adding cream, biscotti, cocoa, cream, etc.. Use the cocoa and coconut flakes to create an image on top.
