Ingredients

  • yoghurt - 1 container (500 g)
  • water - 2 cups (500 ml)
  • garlic - 4 - 5 cloves
  • oil - 2 tablespoons
  • dill - 1/3 bunch
  • salt
  • purslane - 7 oz (200 g)

How to cook

Wash and cut the purslane leaves and tender stems. Place the yoghurt in a bowl and add water, while stirring with a spoon.

Add the garlic, mashed with the salt, also the oil and chopped dill.
