How to cook
Wash the liver well with cold water, remove the membranes. Cut it into large cubes and set aside.
Chop the onion finely. Fry in hot oil until golden on medium heat, stirring continuously. Add the liver, stir, cap with a lid and leave it to stew at minimum heat for 10 minutes.
Add the cream, salt and pepper and stew the dish for another 10 minutes. Add the flour, mix well and stew for another 5-6 minutes. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
