Ingredients

  • eggs - 6
  • leeks - 1 stalk
  • oil - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 ml)
  • salt - 2 pinches

How to cook

Beat the eggs well, add salt and stir. Cut the white part of the leeks into rings, cut the green part into small pieces. Mix everything.

Braise the leeks in a large heated skillet with oil, stirring constantly. After about 2-3 minutes, add the beaten eggs and fry, while stirring the whole time.

Remove from the heat and serve.
