How to cook
Cut the eggplants into thin slices. Salt the pieces and leave them for 30 minutes to drain.
Wash thoroughly, squeezing and drying the slices of eggplant. Roll them in flour and fry them.
Finally, take each eggplant slice, arrange ham and cheese on top and wrap it into a tight roll. Arrange all the rolls tightly next to one another in a baking dish.
Put them in a heated oven at 392°F (200 °C) and bake for 10-15 minutes.
