These products are for 1 compote jar. Wash the zucchini well, cut the stems off and cut them into cubes.
Put the sliced zucchini in a jar. Stuff it well. Add salt and aspirin. Pour in water to the top of the jar. Seal with a cap and sterilize for 20 minutes. Once boiled, take all of the jars out of the water, flip them over to sit on their cap and leave them covered overnight.
The next day, flip the jars right side up and check whether the jars are sealed properly.
