Let the beans soak for one night. Drain the water, add new water and leave on the stove to boil. Meanwhile, slice the onion finely, mash the garlic, tomatoes and carrots and fry them for 3-4 minutes.
In a separate pot, fry the chicken, add the wine and let it stew for 5-6 minutes. Then add the fried meat to the vegetables.
Once everything is tender, add it to the beans and leave it to cook until the beans are boiled.
