Ingredients

  • chicken hearts - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • mushrooms - 17.5 oz (500 g), fresh champignons
  • liquid cream - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • butter - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 g)
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • salt - to taste

How to cook

Wash the hearts, boil them in salted water and then sauté in a little oil. Meanwhile, cut the mushrooms into slices and add them to the hearts, along with the butter.

Add the cream and let the dish simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat. Serve in a suitable dish and sprinkle it with cheese.
