How to cook
Fry the minced meat in vegetable oil in a wok or skillet over high heat until browning. Add the chestnuts, bamboo shoots and green onions. Fry for 1 minute.
Mix the sherry, soya sauce, sesame oil and oyster sauce and add it to the meat. Mix well and fry for 2 minutes, then remove it from the heat.
Prepare the sauce by mixing the products for it with 2 tablespoons of water.
Put about 1 tablespoon of the mixture on each lettuce leaf, roll it up and serve. The sauce is served in a separate bowl.
