How to cook
Soak the beans overnight. The next day, boil until ready. Remove them from the heat, drain the water and add 2 packets of powdered sugar. Blend the products together.
Then place them to soak in water, and blend once again to get a thick mixture. Pour the resulting mixture into small bowls. Fill the bowls half way with the mixture, top with crushed walnuts and dried figs, then add more of the bean mash.
Put the dessert in the refrigerator to set. Serve cold. Decorate with fruits of your choice if you like.
