Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • eggs - 3, hard boiled
  • onions - one head
  • parsley - fresh, to taste
  • celery - leaves, to taste
  • black pepper - to taste
  • salt - to taste
  • olive oil - to taste

How to cook

Peel the tomatoes, grate them and put them through a sieve. The entire process is easier if you use a meat grinder.

Add chopped onions and fresh herbs - parsley, celery to the drained tomato juice. Season with salt, pepper and olive oil to taste.

Serve the soup chilled and sprinkled with grated hard-boiled eggs.
