All the vegetables are cut thinly and sautéed for about 15 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly. Add the mince, peeled tomatoes, wine, broth and tomato paste. Flavor to taste with salt and parsley.
Leave it to simmer for about 20 minutes. Boil the lasagna sheets for about 5 minutes. Start arranging lasagna sheets, then stuffing, grated cheese, egg and repeat until out of ingredients.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
