Cut the veal into pieces and fry them in a pan for 25 minutes. Remove and in the same pan sauté the mushrooms and onions.
In a separate pan, fry the flour, add the broth and sour cream. Boil for a few minutes. Return the veal to the skillet with the onions and mushrooms and add the cream sauce.
Simmer for 8-9 minutes. Finally, add the cut into rings olives and salt to taste.
