Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 11 lb (5 kg)
  • peppers - 3.5 lb (1.5 kg) red
  • carrots - 28 oz (800 g)
  • salt

Preparation

Mash the vegetables. Mix everything and fill into jars.

Add salt - 1 teaspoon per jar, seal and sterilize them in an electric sterilizer for 15 minutes after they start boiling.
