How to cook
Put the oil in a pot and fry the flour, stirring constantly. Add water and keep stirring. When the water becomes smooth, leave it to boil a little, but occasionally stir it.
In a bowl, crumbled the feta cheese and add it to the pot. Salt and let it boil until ready. Remove the soup from the heat and fry with 1 cup of oil and 2 tsp paprika.
