How to cook
Dice the meat into cubes, cut the onions and sweet peppers into crescents, the mushrooms - into slices and the chili peppers – finely.
In a deep frying pan with oil, stew the onions, sweet and chili peppers. Once tender, add the chicken and after about 5 minutes – add the mushrooms.
Cook the meat to redness and pour in the tomatoes. Season with salt, sugar and black pepper.
Allow to simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally.
After about 15-20 minutes, add paprika and remove the kavarma from the heat. Sprinkle it with fresh parsley.
