Heat the oven. Drain the apricots from the compote using a colander. An oven dish is smeared with a little oil and sprinkled with flour.

In a separate dish, mix and sequentially add: sugar and margarine, the 4 eggs one by one, yoghurt, flour, vanilla, crushed walnuts, dried fruits and baking powder. Add the mixture into the oven dish.

Dip the apricots (if fresh - split in halves), in a little flour in a bowl, and arrange evenly over the dough with their soft part facing up.

Put the pie in a preheated oven and once it becomes light-gold, change the oven setting to 428°F (220 °C).

After 40 minutes, it is ready. Serve cold (if it is not gobbled up by someone in the meantime).find similar recipes here
