How to cook
Knead a medium hard dough from the products. Shape it into a wick and flatten it a little. Cut out palm tree shapes with a length of 4″ (10 cm). Arrange them in a pre-greased rectangular tray.
Bake in a moderate oven. Meanwhile, prepare a glaze. Melt the marzipan together with the butter in a water bath. Add the sugar and milk and stir until the sugar melts.
Once ready, cover the palm trees with glaze while still warm. Leave them to harden for 1-2 hours. Additionally, you can decorate them with liquid chocolate using a pastry bag.
