Ingredients

  • eggs - 4
  • peppers - 15, roasted
  • feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • black pepper - 2 pinches
  • salt - 2 pinches
  • oil - 1 tablespoon

Preparation

Peel the roasted peppers, remove the seeds and cut them into strips.

Beat the eggs, mix them with the crumbled feta cheese and peppers. Add the chopped parsley, a little salt, black pepper and oil. Pour the mixture into a buttered baking dish.

Bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for 25-30 minutes. Quick and delicious!find similar recipes here
