Wash the chicken drumsticks, soak them in beer for about 30 minutes, then drain them. Smear them thoroughly with a mixture of oil, paprika and salt.
Bake them in a preheated 392°F (200 °C) oven until ready. In the meantime, chop the vegetables, saute them separately and season them.
Serve each drumstick garnished with vegetables and grated cheese on top. You can use other vegetables as well.
