Sterilized Roasted Peppers
- peppers - 22 lb (10 kg) red
First remove the handles of the peppers. Clean and wash the peppers.
Roast them in the oven on both sides. Once done, place them in a plastic bag and sprinkle them with salt. This makes them easier to peel.
Once peeled, put them in jars, add a little salt and close the jars. Boil for 30 minutes to sterilize them.
