Boil the macaroni in salted water according to the instructions on the package. Put the oil in a pan and heat it on the stove. Cut the onions finely and braise them in the pan until golden, add the minced meat and stir. Fry until the mince is ready and sprinkle it with spices.
Drain the macaroni and place them in a deep oiled oven dish with a diameter of 12 1/2″ (32 cm). Cut the peppers and pickles into small pieces and place them in the oven dish, crumble the feta cheese on top and add the braised minced meat.
Mix everything and pour on the mixture of beaten eggs and milk. Take a small portion of the cheese and grate it on top. Put the oven dish in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven and bake for about 30 minutes until golden. Take it out, grate the remaining cheese and put back in the oven to melt it.
Serve warm but not hot. For this recipe you can use any products that are left over in your refrigerator. This is an easy and relatively quick dish to make for a good dinner!
