How to cook
Saute the pumpkin with the oil and sugar. Add walnuts and cinnamon and mix. Cool the filling. Cut the phyllo pastry sheets into fours. Brush them with the butter and add about 1 tablespoon of stuffing.
Twist so as to shape the top like a rose. Spread the muffin tray with butter. Arrange the dough into the muffin tray.
Bake in a preheated oven for a short time (they burn fast). Remove the finished muffins carefully, arrange them in a suitable container and sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
