How to cook
Mix the yeast with the sugar. Add the wine and 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml) of warm water. Leave the mixture aside, and in the meantime, sift the flour and salt. Form a well in the flour and add the pre-whipped egg white and olive oil.
Add the mixture with the yeast. Gradually add the rest of the water, the goal is to knead a dough that will rise for 40 minutes. Knead it again, so it becomes rounded. Then transfer to a buttered baking dish and cover with a whipped yolk.
Make a few cuts with a knife on it and sprinkle it with mixed spices and savory. Put it in a preheated oven and bake until ready. Then smear with butter and cover with a clean cloth.
