Mix the yeast and sugar and pour the milk over them to make them effervescent. Add the olive oil, vinegar and egg.
Combine everything into a mixture and add it a little bit at a time to the sifted flour, mixed with the salt. Knead a soft and elastic dough, then leave it to rise.
Roll out the finished dough gently with a rolling pin until you get an ellipse, move it into a baking dish. Make four incisions lengthwise, smear with olive oil and the spices.
Place the olives and peppers in the incisions. Bake until ready. Then brush it with butter and wrap it in a towel.
