How to cook
Put water in a pot, add the drumstick, broth and boil until cooked. Once cool, debone and cut it into pieces. Put the oil, curry powder, and black pepper in a pan and let it all warm up well.
Add the flour and stir until golden in color. Add the water with the broth and chicken in it and mix.
The porridge will thicken and once oil appears at the edges, it means it's ready. Add the crushed garlic and serve.
