How to cook
Knead the minced meat together with the salt, black pepper and savory. Leave it in the fridge to harden.
Boil the eggs and carrots. Chop them along with the pickles. Shape the mince into a square on a plastic sheet and put the chopped eggs, carrots and pickles on top of it. Roll it up.
Place it in an oven dish with oil. Place the sliced potatoes, seasoned with salt and paprika, all around the roll. Add some water and bake until ready.
